Uzbekistan Plov

Ingredients

3 cups of jasmine rice
4 carrots
2 onions
A spoonful of turmeric
A spoonful of ground cumin
A spoonful of whole cumin
Half a spoonful of coriander seeds
Half a spoonful of caraway
1/2 cup of raisins or more if you like
Salt to taste Oil as desired
Water 4 cups and 1/2 ( beef stock)

Butter 1 tbsp
1 large leak (whole)
1 large potato
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1L
Cream of choice 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1tbsp
Black pepper
Chives for garnish

Method

One of the most delicious pilafs of meat and rice, which I have tried. It is originally from Uzbekistan.

The first step, we want to boil the meat of meat.

Cut off the onions and carrots, then we fry the onions.

Fry half of the onion until it turns brown, add the rest of the onion, then add the chopped carrots.

Add the spices and a handful of raisins, then add the boiled meat and garlic, and then add the washed and soaked rice for 10 minutes.

When it starts to boil, we reduce the fire to the max. cover the pot, and let it cook from 15 minutes to 20 minutes, until the rice is fully cooked.

The ingredients range from half a kilo to a kilo of beef as desired.
