Smoked Salmon Tartare
Ingredients
100 g smoked salmon
1 green spring onion
4 cornichons / or 1/2 cucumber pickle
2 slices of lemon
Green chili pepper optional
Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper
Fee drops of Tabasco
Paprika a dash
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Cut the salmon in small pieces , same for the onions, lemons and the pickles.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Serve it with toasted bread or simply eat with a fork as a salad.
It’s absolutely delicious!
If you want to go fancy decorate the plate the same way I did.
