Date Pudding Cake
Ingredients
10 mejdoul dates
Handful of raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup hot water
2 eggs
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 cup oats
Method
Start with soaking the dates and the raisins in water and baking soda. 10 minutes no need for more because we will eventually blend.
Add all the rest of ingredients to the blender then add the soaked dates.
Blend until smooth.
Line your pan with tahini and bake for 40 minutes at 178 degrees in a preheated oven.
Drizzle some maple syrup for some extra sweetness.. soooo delicious and soft and juicy.
Super easy and healthy.
