Lemon Creamy Salmon
Ingredients
300 g salmon fillet
1 to 2 lemons sliced
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Bay leaf
Capres
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1/3 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Capers 1 tbsp
Chives for garnish
Method
Line your baking pan with baking paper then line the lemon slices, add the salmon filet on top of the lemon.
Prepare the sauce by mixing lemon juice and cream, salt and water.
Add the sauce to the salmon.
Add the spices
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 360 degrees celsius in a preheated oven.
Garnish and serve with steamed rice or potato wedges or keep it light and serve with a green salad.
